Dear authorities of the Institute of Biology of University of Tabriz,
we have got a master's application from a Person who had completed Bachelor's in your Institute. We are not able to understand the certificate because it confirms a graduation after a three years program with 115 ct. Do you offer courses of this type? We had Information only about four years programs for Bachelor graduation in Iran. Please answer our question and excuse us to have disturbed you.
