Dr Seyed Yahya Salehi-Lisar was born 1979 in Talesh (Guilan province), Iran. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in Plant Biology from University of Tabriz in 2001 and M.Sc. degree in Plant Physiology from University of Tehran in 2003, and Ph.D. degree in Plant Physiology from University of Tabriz in 2008. So far, he has published over 50 papers in scientific journals and presented over 60 articles in national and international conference and 7 book chapters by different publishers. He was employed as academic member at Department of Plant Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tabriz in 2008, and still is continuing his work as associated professor of Plant Physiology at this department. Up till now, he has taught many courses in B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. levels and supervised over 66 M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses. His major research interests are plant mineral nutrition, Plant stress physiology, plants interactions, environmental contamination and phytoremediation. |
