Dr Elham Mohajel Kazemi was born 1982 in Tabriz. She obtained her B.Sc. degree in General Biology from University of Tabriz in 2005 and M.Sc. degree in Plant cell and developmental biology from University of Tabriz in 2008, and Ph.D. degree in Plant cell and developmental biology from Kharazmi University in 2014. She was employed as faculty member at Department of Plant Sciences in University of Tabriz in 2015, and still is continuing her work as associated professor of Plant Ontogeny at this department. Up till now, she has taught many courses in B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. levels and supervised over 25 M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses. She has also published over 30 papers in domestic and international journals and presented over 50 articles in national and international symposiums. Her major research interests are plant ontogeny and development, Flower Structure, development of reproduction organs, signaling pathways in embryonic development and effect of stress on developmental pathways.
