Biophysics

Biophysics subdivision provides a set of educational and research spaces for MSc students in Biophysics. Biophysics laboratory is one of the most active laboratories of Tabriz University, which currently serves for over 20 graduate students in different related fields of biology.

Specific objectives to be studied in the laboratory:

1. Extracellular matrix (ECM) simulation based on three-dimensional polymer nanoparticles

2. Evaluation of physicochemical and biological properties of 3D nanoparticles produced

3. Tissue engineering produced on the surface of three-dimensional nanorods

4. Optimal performance of three-dimensional nanodasters produced on the surface of laboratory animal skin

5. Graphene oxide center (GO)

6. Synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles including Fe3O4 / ZnO, synthesis of Fe3O4 / Ag, synthesis and preparation of GO @ Fe3O4 / ZnO nanocomposite and other nanocomposites

7. Production and preparation of collagen from rat tail

8. Nanobiosensors

9. Design of anti-cancer peptides based on microbial peptides

10. Modeling of proteins and peptides

11. Bioinformatics
