I was born in 1979 in the city of Tabriz. I received a bachelor's degree in plant biology in 2002 from the University of Tabriz. After serving in the military in 2004, I was accepted to the University of Tabriz for a master's degree in genetics, and in 2006 I defended my dissertation entitled "rare mutations in the beta-globin gene". In 2010, I was admitted to the PhD course in Molecular Biology-Genetics and jointly studied at Tarbiat Modares University of Tehran and the University of Tabriz. In 2015, I defended my doctoral dissertation entitled "association of the HLA-G gene in breast cancer". Since 2016, I have been working as an assistant professor at the University of Tabriz. I am researching mutations and cancer genetics and pharmacogenetics field. |
