Mohammadreza Hosseinzadeh was born in Ahar, Iran, 1974. He received undergraduate and postgraduate (both M.Sc. and Ph.D.) degrees at the University of Tabriz in 1997, 1999 and 2009, respectively. His major interests include hydrothermal processes, ore geochemistry and formation of porphyry, skarn and epithermal ore deposits. As a senior in bachelor degree, he has started to work in National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICICO) for 10 years. During this time, he has appointed as faculty member of Islamic Azad University for three years. Mohammadreza has promoted to assistant professor, associated professor and full professor in 2009, 2013 and 2019, respectively. He has supervised 8 doctorate's dissertations and around 40 master's theses and has published 27 articles in international journals, 50 articles in national journals and more than 100 national and international conference papers and presentations. He has worked in 14 research projects as executor or co-worker. He worked as vice dean in faculty of natural science from 2009 to 2013 and vice chancellor in the university of Tabriz from 2013 to 2020.
