Ata Allah Nadiri was born in Tabriz, Iran, 1982. He received the B.Sc. degree in the Geology from University of Tabriz (2004) and M.Sc. & Ph.D. degrees in Hydrogeology from University of Tabriz in 2007 and 2013, respectively. He has visited Louisiana State University (LSU), USA, for 9 months in 2012 for completing his PhD thesis under supervision of Prof. Frank T-C. Tsai. He is an Associate Professor of Hydrogeology in the University of Tabriz, Department of Earth Sciences. He has supervised M.Sc. & Ph.D. thesis of more than 45 students up to now. He published two books, several book chapters and more than 100 papers in international and national journals. Dr. Nadiri is a Member of American society of Civil Engineering and Geological Society of Iran, Iranian water resources association, International Association of Hydrological Sciences (IAHS), and Iranian Mining Engineering Organization. He is member of editorial board for Journal of Hydrology, University of Tabriz. His interest’s fields are groundwater modelling, groundwater vulnerability and hydrochemistry, Land subsidence, Risk assessment.
