Born in Ardabil, Iran, 1978. He received the B.Sc degree in Geology from University of Tabriz (2001), M.Sc and Ph.D. degree in Hydrogeology from Shiraz University in 2004 and 2011, respectively. He has experienced a sabbatical leave in Tuebingen University of Germany for 6 months as a part of his PhD dissertation. At the moment he is an Associate Professor of Hydrogeology in the University of Tabriz, Department of Earth Science. Abdorreza has supervised the thesis of more than 40 students up to now. He also has published 48 articles in international and domestic journals. His research fields are Groundwater Pollution and Fractured Rocks Hydrogeology. He is active in the field of industry-related projects with successful supervision of 20 projects referred from industries specially ministry of petroleum. He was head of earth sciences department of University of Tabriz, from 2013 to 2015, head of Industrial relation, Intellectual property and Entrepreneurship office of the University 2015 to 2019. He is currently the head of East Azerbaijan Science and Technology Park since 2019. Abdorreza is also holder of the award of top researcher in University of Tabriz for 6 years (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020) for the managing of the most research projects. |
