Behzad Zamani is an associate Professor of Tectonics. He is graduated with B.Sc. in Geology from University of Tabriz, MSc. in Tectonics from University of Tabriz and Ph.D. from Shiraz University. Dr. Zamani has research experience at University of Pierre et Merrie courier, and Nice GeoAzur laboratory (2006-2007). He was supervisor of 1 Ph.D. and up to 40 M.Sc. students. He published up to 55 scientific papers, 3 books and up to 120 Scientific reports. His major interests include Tectonics stress analysis, Rock mechanics and tectonics, Seismotectonics, Exploration of groundwater in hard rocks, Geophysics, Earthquake precursors,
